Facility Usage fees

Filming base price

• Interior shooting:                                 $4000 per day, based on 8 hr. day
• Interior shooting:                                 $6000 per day, based on 12-14 hr day
• Set up/tear down/exterior shoot only:    $2000 per day

 Rental

Facility charges include rental of main hall and/or main courtroom only.  Furniture, security, and food prep facilities not included and will be charged separately.  A $500 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.

Category A:  Non-profit organizations headquartered in Culver City:

                        $150 p/hour if no admission fee charged
                        $200 p/hour if admission fee will be charged

Category B:  Non-profit organizations headquartered outside Culver City:

                        $200 p/hour if no admission fee charged 
                        $275 p/hour if admission fee will be charged

Category C:  Corporate, for profit organizations

                        $400 p/hour
